Where to start Adam made buying feel as easy as going to the shops to buy your favourite snack. Communication prior to the purchase was a phone call and a message and definitely whatever was relayed happened on the day. It’s very rare to get clean and Honest communication. Both Adam and his son were super helpful and delivered a beautifully cleaned Van for my expanding business. Could and would honestly refer anyone whether being family or a stranger to use his services without hesitation. Thank you very much for this fantastic service. 10/10. I visited Steve's auto world when looking for a car for my daughter. I had only recently purchased her a 2nd hand car from a private seller and less than 6 weeks later the car was useless. I went and saw Adam at Steve's auto world and can honestly say the experience was beyond positive. Adam took the time to listen to my concerns and talked me through everything and answered all my questions. There was never any pressure to buy or to put down a deposit like a lot of dealerships try to get you to do. Owner & other staff were helpful and friendly, had the car ready for pickup Monday morning after Sunday inspection/test drive. Got a fantastic deal on a 2010 Subaru Impreza G3 hatch with full drivetrain & electronics warranty + roadside assistance for a while. No major chassis imperfections, oil & dipstick look extremely clean for 180,000km despite the fact it's had a minor service including oil change + intake filter replacement performed before being listed for sale. Oil still clean as I write this with a couple hundred km's driven since purchase. Engine bay and components like alternator, pumps and pulleys seem to be in great condition too. Runs perfectly and have peace of mind with the warranty.
