10/10. I visited Steve's auto world when looking for a car for my daughter. I had only recently purchased her a 2nd hand car from a private seller and less than 6 weeks later the car was useless. I went and saw Adam at Steve's auto world and can honestly say the experience was beyond positive. Adam took the time to listen to my concerns and talked me through everything and answered all my questions. There was never any pressure to buy or to put down a deposit like a lot of dealerships try to get you to do. Adam is so confident in the quality of his vehicles that he even drove the car to my own mechanic to check it over to ensure that I had full peace of mind. I 100% recommend that anyone looking for a second hand car goes and visits Adam at Steve's auto world as you are guaranteed to be looked after. Owner & other staff were helpful and friendly, had the car ready for pickup Monday morning after Sunday inspection/test drive. Got a fantastic deal on a 2010 Subaru Impreza G3 hatch with full drivetrain & electronics warranty + roadside assistance for a while. No major chassis imperfections, oil & dipstick look extremely clean for 180,000km despite the fact it's had a minor service including oil change + intake filter replacement performed before being listed for sale. Oil still clean as I write this with a couple hundred km's driven since purchase. Engine bay and components like alternator, pumps and pulleys seem to be in great condition too. Runs perfectly and have peace of mind with the warranty.

Fantastic experience - clean, great quality cars and unmatched service. Adam is a genuine business owner who is open, honest and respectful. He was fair in his negotiations, facilitated inspection/repairs, and included a generous warranty. It is rare to find a car dealer that operates with this level of integrity. Had a great experience dealing with Adam, he was very honest about the car and a pleasure to deal with. He went above and beyond to assist me with purchasing the right car and offering warranty in the car gave me peace of mind, also the reassurance of being able to contact him if I have any questions or issues with the car. I did have the back light go out after it had a clean when I picked it up and he responded straight away and was more than happy to see me if it hadn’t come back on. Just a very honest and genuine small business owner who I would recommend over any large dealerships in Sydney. He definitely prides himself on Mai ting a good reputation and happy clientele which his other reviews helped me know I made the right choice choosing to shop with him. Many thanks to Adam for making this purchase stress free.

Purchased a car a last week and Adam was honest ,open and fair with the car we wanted to buy as there was another potential customer who had already booked in to see the car while we just walked in. However we got lucky and managed to secure the car. Adam was also helpful in delivering the car to me half way as we live in the gong and due to the use of public transport it would have been over 2 hours for me to get to the yard.

We recently purchased a first car for my daughter from Steve’s Auto World. From the first visit Adam was fantastic to deal with. He opened up the yard on a Sunday for us just to have a look at the car. We had one small issue with the car since however as soon as I called Adam he was so helpful. He asked his mechanic to come over and fix the issue straight away. He followed up with us and ensured everything was fixed. I have no problem recommending Steve’s Auto World to anyone! Steves son Adam now runs the place, clean little dealership. Super friendly and does not push for sales, which is a welcome chamge from the norm. Happy to haggle if you are reasonable about prices and encourages you to thoroughly check out his cars. You get left alone while checking the cars, but if you have any questions Adam is super happy to help out. Bought two cars at this place (one was a friends car and one was mine). When i need a new car in the years to come, will definitely be coming back. Adams son does the cleaning and detailing, so its a family business through and through. Parking for about 4 buyers cars and has about 10 cars on his lot. No disability specific parking, but the lot only has steps to get into the office. However note that the lot is not level, so wheelchair use will be difficult.
